CANCELLATION POLICY

Client Policies & Terms At Hoosier Beauties, we value both your time and ours. To provide a smooth, fair, and consistent experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking. Card on File • A valid card on file is required at the time of booking for all appointments. Deposits, Cancellations, & Rescheduling • A non-refundable service retainer is required to reserve your appointment. • To reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required in order to transfer your deposit to a new date. Deposits may only be transferred one time per retainer paid. • Cancellations will forfeit the original deposit. Any future booking will require a new deposit. No-Show Policy • No-shows will forfeit their deposit and be charged 30% of the total service fee booked. • A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. • Repeated no-shows may result in revoked access to future bookings. Late Arrivals You are reserving a specific time slot, which is the time you will receive. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals cut into your appointment time, and services cannot be extended due to back-to-back scheduling. Frequent Tardiness & Cancellations • A pattern of repeat tardiness, cancellations, or rescheduling may result in non-refundable prepaid appointments or restricted access to future booking privileges. Payment Methods • We accept all major credit cards and cash. • Third-party payment platforms such as Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo are not accepted. Refund Policy • All sales are final.
