CANCELLATION POLICY

Client Policies & Terms At Hoosier Beauties, we value both your time and ours. To provide a smooth, fair, and consistent experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking. Card on File • A valid card on file is required at the time of booking for all appointments. Deposits, Cancellations, & Rescheduling • A non-refundable service retainer is required to reserve your appointment. • To reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required in order to transfer your retainer to a new date. Retainers may only be transferred one time per retainer paid. • Cancellations will forfeit the original retainer. Any future booking will require a new retainer. No Show Policy • No shows + same day cancellations will forfeit their retainer and are subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service fee. • A new retainer will be required to book any future appointments. • Repeated no shows may result in revoked access to future bookings. Late Arrivals You are reserving a specific time slot, which is the time you will receive. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals cut into your appointment time, and services cannot be extended due to back to back scheduling. No Extra Guests • Please arrive to your appointment solo. • No extra guests are permitted unless discussed and approved prior to your appointment. • This includes friends, family members, partners, and children. • Guests who arrive without prior approval may be asked to wait outside the studio or leave. Frequent Tardiness & Cancellations • A pattern of repeat tardiness, cancellations, or rescheduling may result in non-refundable prepaid appointments or restricted access to future booking privileges. Payment Methods • We accept all major credit cards and cash. • Third party payment platforms such as Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo are not accepted. Gratuity Policy • Tips are always appreciated but never expected. • Please never feel obligated to tip. Our prices are intentionally set to allow Hoosier Beauties to operate as a tip free business. • Your support, trust, and continued business are more than enough. • If you’d like to show us some extra love, a Google review or referral is truly the best way to show your gratitude. Your kind words and recommendations help our small business grow and allow us to continue doing what we love. Refund Policy • All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. • If you are unhappy with the results of a service, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible so we can discuss your concerns and accommodate accordingly. • Client satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns before further action is taken.
