CANCELLATION POLICY

Client Policies & Terms At Hoosier Beauties, we value both your time and ours. To ensure a smooth, fair, and consistent experience for every client, we have outlined the following policies: Card on File • Every client must have a valid card on file at the time of booking. This is required for all appointments. Deposits, Cancellations, & Rescheduling • A non refundable service retainer is required to reserve your appointment time. • To reschedule, 24 hours notice is required to be eligible to transfer your deposit to a different day. This can only be done one time per deposit paid. • Same day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the original deposit. To reschedule after this, a new deposit will be due. No-Show Policy • No-shows may result in the requirement for prepaid future appointments or, in some cases, revoked access to future bookings. Late Arrivals You are reserving a specific time slot, and that is the time you receive. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Late time cuts into your appointment, and appointment lengths cannot be extended due to back-to-back scheduling. Frequent Tardiness & Cancellations • If there is a pattern of repeat tardiness, cancellations, or rescheduling, we may require non-refundable prepaid appointments or block access to future booking privileges. Payment Methods • We accept all major credit cards and cash. • Third-party payment platforms (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Venmo) are not accepted. Refund Policy • All sales are final.
